New Citroen DS3 Ultra Prestige

The Citroen DS3 Ultra Prestige has made me question my sanity. Am I seeing things? I know, for example, that my desk is 'black' and my pillowcase 'white'. But what colour are the leather seats in this top-spec fashion statement? Amazingly, their colour changes like a chameleon. The front seats are white at the top – then slowly merge to black at the bottom. Either that, or the hours sitting at this laptop have fried my brain. Assuming not, I can report that Citroen say the DS3's leather is 'of a quality typically reserved for hand- crafted made to order creations'. Great stuff, can I have a high-end straight-jacket please?

The Citroen DS3 Ultra Prestige is available with two engines. The 1.6-litre petrol unit produces 155bhp, whereas the 1.6-litre diesel knocks-out 110bhp. Both are teamed with six-speed manual transmission, and average 47.1mpg and 74.4mpg respectively. These power plants complement the DS3's high specification that includes the: spoiler, dark-tinted windows, and seventeen-inch wheels. And check-out the: black roof, white instruments dials, and leather dashboard strip. These – assuming I have not gone mad – help make this car tremendous fun. Prices start at £20,700.
